Third-Party Materials:

  • Lune Digital may incorporate third-party materials (e.g., stock photos, fonts, music) in project deliverables. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for the use of third-party materials. Lune Digital will advise on any known licensing requirements but cannot be held liable for infringement related to the client's use of third-party materials.

Warranties and Disclaimers:

  • Lune Digital strives to provide high-quality branding services and deliverables. However, Lune Digital makes no guarantees regarding the specific results or outcomes of any branding project. Branding success is dependent on various factors, including market conditions, competition, and the client's own implementation of the branding strategy.
  • Lune Digital's services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Lune Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Lune Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, revenue, or data, even if Lune Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Lune Digital's total liability arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
